Patrick Switzer has served as Blue Sky's Quality Assurance Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager since 2024. He has been immersed in source testing since 2006, working as a tester, consultant, and project manager. Patrick is versed in monitoring, data management, reporting, planning, program management, permitting, regulatory interpretation, and geo-spatial modeling. His experience has emphasized the importance of communication, expectation management, collaboration, and transparency in providing high quality air quality data and excellent customer service to clients and other end users.
